Welcome to The Rational Exuberance! I have set up this blog to
keep everyone in the loop with my internship at the Cato Institute via The
Washington Center! I will be working with renowned policy analyst Michael
Tanner on welfare and entitlement policy. I set off August 26 with the
internship beginning early September. I will do my best to post at least once a
week. I am very excited to have you follow along on my journey!
